Coverage:

• The warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
• All SwiftNet® components (except those listed under What’s Not Covered) are protected against manufacturing or workmanship defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  
• If a defect is found, CRTC will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
  
• Customers pay for return shipping to CRTC; CRTC covers shipping back after repair/replacement.
  

What’s Not Covered:

• Pull Cords wear out over time and are not covered.
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or modification.
• Sun fading, weather-related damage, or material breakdown from outdoor exposure.
• Net fabric, stitching, graphics, and pull cords (these are wear parts; replacements are available).
• Replacement parts provided under warranty are only covered until the end of the original 1-year period

Care Instructions:

• Clean with mild soap and water only — do not use solvents.
  
• Product lifespan depends on proper assembly, handling, and storage.
