Refund policy

SwiftNet Return Policy 

At SwiftNet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your system, please review the following guidelines. 

Change of Mind / Unused Returns 

If you decide you no longer want your SwiftNet system: 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • A $40 outbound shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. 

  • Returned units must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. 

Defective or Warranty Returns

If your unit is defective or not working properly: 

  • These are handled as warranty claims. 

  • SwiftNet will cover shipping (if necessary) and will repair or replace the system as appropriate. 

Return Authorization 

Before returning your unit: 

  • Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return address. 

  • Returns received without an RA number may experience delays in processing. 

Refunds 

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned unit has been received and inspected. 

  • Units found to be used or damaged may be eligible for a partial refund or may not qualify for a refund. 

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
